Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Blanc de Blancs 2014 is a rare and luminous author's cuvée, emblem of Maison Perrier-Jouët and maximum expression of Grand Cru Chardonnay delicacy. Produced only in exceptional vintages and in limited quantities, this Champagne embodies the floral refinement, mineral freshness and perfect balance that have always defined the Maison’s style.
Exclusive fruit of Chardonnay grapes from two parcels of excellence – Cramant and Avize –, and aged over 6 years on lees, this vintage Blanc de Blancs stands out for purity, complexity and crystalline tension. The bottle, decorated with Émile Gallé’s iconic Art Nouveau anemone, contains all the aesthetic and sensory soul of Perrier-Jouët.
Visually it presents with a pale gold yellow, crossed by finest bubbles. On the nose it offers notes of white flowers, peach, candied citrus, fresh almond and chalky touches. The sip is silky, enveloping, vertical, with a long and savory finish, which enhances the minerality typical of great origin Chardonnay.
