Our electronic storage system provides for the deletion of your data within ten years, in compliance with current legal provisions, unless legal proceedings are ongoing: in this case, data may be retained until the end of the legal procedure. Regarding data provided for newsletter subscription, it will be deleted within 24 months, unless the subscription is renewed.

Finally, regarding consent to receive the newsletter, this is optional consent which, if not granted, does not affect the regular execution of the contract.
