Champagne Fleury Brut Nature Fleur de l'Europe – Biodynamic Pinot Noir without compromise from Côte des Bar
In the heart of the Côte des Bar, in the village of Courteron, is born Champagne Fleury Brut Nature "Fleur de l’Europe", authentic expression of Pinot Noir cultivated according to biodynamic principles. Maison Fleury was the first in Champagne to obtain biodynamic certification in 1989, year of creation of this symbolic cuvée.
This Champagne is composed of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay. The grapes come from vineyards cultivated on limestone-clay soils, typical of the Aube region. Vinification takes place partly in oak barrels and partly in thermo-regulated steel tanks, with complete malolactic fermentation. The wine ages on the lees for at least 72 months before disgorgement.
Visually, it presents with a bright golden color and copper reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of honey, acacia, green apple and notes of dried tea. On the palate, it is dry, with vibrant freshness, saline minerality and long persistence.
"Fleur de l’Europe" is a historic cuvée, created to celebrate European unity and Maison Fleury’s commitment to sustainable viticulture. A Champagne that embodies the elegance, purity and complexity of biodynamic Pinot Noir.
